We strongly believe that many legal difficulties could be avoided through risk reduction measures and proper counseling. We also understand the threat that litigation poses to the continued success of businesses, partnership, and corporations, which is why we are staunch advocates of Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”). ADR is the general term utilized to refer to procedures for settling legal disputes by means other than litigation. Mediation and arbitration are the most common types of alternative dispute resolution. Use of ADR generally results in a more expeditious and less expensive process, which is typically more satisfactory to clients than a traditional lawsuit. Our firm has represented clients in ADR. This experience enables our firm to participate completely in any alternative dispute resolution procedure that a court may order or encourage.
