The firm is retained as solicitors by one of the 3 (three) major providers of GSM services in Nigeria. The firm has successfully defended the company in cases involving alleged inefficient interconnection platform, difficulties in originating calls from one network and terminating same on another network and same is pending for final determination at the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
